I have always believed that relationships are at the heart of our wellbeing. When our relationships become strained, stuck or uncertain it can leave us feeling lost, lonely or empty.
As a psychologist I am passionate about helping people build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. I have witnessed how relationship dynamics – whether within families, romantic relationships or friendships – have played a role in the on-going struggles and healing journey of my clients.
I help people slow down, understand the patterns that keep them stuck, and rebuild trust and emotional closeness. I know how painful it can be when communication breaks down or when conflict replaces connection. I strive to create a safe space where people feel secure, seen and heard.
Areas of Specialization include, but are not limited to:
I hold a Master of Counselling degree from the University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from York University. Throughout my 12 years of practice as a psychologist, I have had specialized training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Family Based Treatment, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
Reaching out for help is not easy. If you are looking for a space to feel understood and start making real change, I would be glad to meet you and see how we can work together.
