At the Calgary Couples Counselling Centre, since we specialize in couples counselling, we are often asked if we provide individual counselling as well. We absolutely do. While all of our therapists have an interest, special training and expertise in working with couples, each of our therapists has also been handpicked because they have additional interest and experience in other areas of mental health that complement couples work, such as trauma recovery, self-esteem, men’s issues, or parenting.
