Suzanne believes in the power of connection and recognizes the impact our relationships have on our wellbeing and quality of life. She works collaboratively with couples, individuals, families, and adolescents to improve their understanding of self and how they relate to and interact with others. Suzanne earned her Master of Social Work with a clinical specialization in Infant, Child, and Adolescent Mental Health from the University of Calgary. She is also currently pursuing the requirements to enroll as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. Suzanne has received additional training in Gottman Methods Couples Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, DBT & Collaborative Problem Solving. Suzanne has worked amongst medical and community settings- providing clinical services to clients as well as facilitating professional workshops on a variety of topics, such as: emotional literacy, eating disorders, and parent coaching.
